1) I always listen to both sides of an argument If I have time as well, I'll sit down and carefully read what's going on and make a smart decision then. If I don't still come to a description or don't feel like I know what I should say, so, I go ask for help to another mod/admin.
Experience:
- Head admin on Anime World
- Help mod stuff on the anime world site as well as other sites thou I wasn't a official mod.
- Added experience - Now Co Admin on Galaxy Academy
- I do catch stuff that sounds a awful like god mod to me and I try to discuss it with them on how exactly they do the move.
- Recently assigned positon as profile mod on DoS
Reason: The reason why I wish to become a mod on Ninja Rising is because I try to make fair decisions of everyone. I would not get on one side but set up a voting poll for something if I can not make a decision on my own so that everyone will have fair chances. I admit that I might jump in a conservation that looks like it might turn into a agrument and try to stop it before it turns into one.
I am good at spotting out flaw's and modding the forums to be sure no fight's start, That there is no spamming going on in ex, of no going out topic, not too much ooc posts going on in between of roleplay's, not too much cussing and much more. I am being tutor more on another site I roleplay on now just to become more experience in this area. I am as well at the moment trying to become a profile mod on another site in interests of checking out the profiles, making sure the characters are not trying to come up with godmoddish power's.
Okay onto the other details which are really short I am really active, almost on 24/7, so I can get on everyday except for during the day's which is on a Wednesday and Sunday which are church day's. I love to help out the site's as I say before and I am willing to help out anywhere, even if it is just in the >.> Chatbox..... I just would like to say in conclusion that I am very happy to be on this site and think it's fun even though we don't have too many members yet, which I am willing to advertise for.
Extras: I am good at Roller Skating. I am good at pointing out mistakes in profiles.... Hm, I can't think of nothing else so this is pretty much it....
